Morning yoga on our beautiful ocean-front deck will ground us for a day filled with movement workshops geared towards the exploration of opposites that exist in our lives-- within ourselves and in relationship to those around us. In these explorations we will play, expand and embody our selves in new ways in an effort to better understand, LOVE and express the Dimensionality and Richness of our Authentic selves.

Our retreat includes:

During your free time bask in the sun by our luxurious private pool or if you are feeling adventurous take advantage of the water sports available for an extra fee!
